1. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made through official channels (website, phone, or authorized agents).
- A minimum advance payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm any tour package.
- Full payment must be completed before the tour departure date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the customer must be communicated in writing.
- Cancellation charges are applicable as follows:
- 30 days or more before travel: 10% of the package cost
- 15–29 days before travel: 25% of the package cost
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% of the package cost
- Less than 7 days: 100% of the package cost (no refund)
Note: Refund timelines vary based on mode of payment and banking partners.
3. Amrit Travels’ Right to Cancel
- Amrit Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, low participation, or government regulations. In such cases, full refunds or alternative options will be offered.
4. Travel Documents
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid government-issued ID proof, travel permits (if required), and other documents necessary for the journey.
5. Itinerary Changes
- Tour itineraries are subject to change based on weather, traffic, or local conditions. Efforts will be made to adhere to the planned itinerary, but alternate arrangements may be made in the interest of safety or experience.
6. Responsibility & Liability
- Amrit Travels acts as a travel coordinator and does not own or control airlines, hotels, transport vehicles, or other third-party services.
- We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury caused by any third-party provider or due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Health & Safety
- Passengers are advised to consult their doctor regarding travel health precautions.
- Senior citizens or those with medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking to ensure necessary arrangements are made.
8. Code of Conduct
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards co-travelers, guides, and local cultures.
- Any misbehavior or breach of local laws may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during booking is used solely for travel purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
10. Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
By booking a tour with Amrit Travels, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
